The annoying part of most of the windows are its copying speed which takes a lot of time to copy files from one folder to another or from PC to any removable device or to any other drive. Fortunately in the present era there are lots of tools which can fix this slow speed of transfer files. One of the most commonly used program is TeraCopy developed by CodeSector .
TeraCopy is a freeware Windows file transfer utility designed as an alternative and an optional replacement for the built-in Windows Explorer file transfer features. As such, its focus is data integrity, file transfer reliability and the ability to pause or resume file transfers.
TeraCopy can automatically check the copied files for errors by calculating their CRC checksum values. It also provides a lot more information about the files being copied than its Windows counterpart. TeraCopy integrates with Windows Explorer's right-click menu and can be set as the default copy handler. The program couldn't be easier to use: simply select the files you want to copy or move, right click with your mouse and select the "TeraCopy" command. The program will launch a window where you can select the target folder and the correspondent action (move, copy, test).

Interactive file list TeraCopy shows the failed file transfers and lets you fix the problem and recopy only the problem files.
Shell integration TeraCopy can completely replace the Explorer copy and move functions, in turn enabling you to work with files as usual.
